İstanbul'da ekstrüzyon presi ile üretim hayatına başladı.

1995
Kendi Kalıphanesini hayata geçirerek ekkstrüzyon kalıpları üretimine başladı.

2001
Araştırma Labaratuvarı kuruldu. Üretim, araştırma ve geliştirme faaliyetlerinin yapılabilmesi amacı ile AR-GE depertmanı kuruldu. İlk TÜBİTAK projesinin onayı alındı.

2004
Firmamız daha büyük bir alanda faaliyetlerine devam etmesi için şu anki Gebze fabrikasına taşındı.

2006
ISO 9001 Kalite belgesi sertifikasına sahip oldu.

2007
Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi Sektörüne girdi.

2009
Farklı alüminyum alışımlarında üretim ve müşteri odaklı çalışmalar için Dökümhane kuruldu. Firma Bünyesinde 2xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 7xxx serisi profil ve parça üretimine başlandı.

Talaşlı İmalat Bölümü faliyete geçti. İSO/TS 16949:2009 Otomativ Kalite Yönetim Sistemi Sertifikası alındı.

2012
Soğuk Şekillendirme Bölümü Kuruldu.

2013
Havacılık Sektörü İçin Parça Üretimine Başlandı.

2018
Talaşlı İmalat Üretim Kapasitesini arttırmak üzere Dilovası fabrikamız faaliyete geçti, böylece Ekstrüzyon ve Talaşlı İmalat Bölümleri birbirinden ayrıldı. Gebze Fabrikamızda Ekstrüzyon operasyonları, Dilovası Fabrikamızda Talaşlı İmlat Operasyonları Gerçekleşmektedir.
