Foundry Shop

As ONAT Alüminyum, we are a customer-oriented, specific and flexible company. From this point of view, we have built foundry shop with new investments and R & D projects in accordance with aspect of both specific aluminum alloys production and to have a say in every stage of aluminum profile production.

It is aimed to produce specific alloys with low order quantity by means of gas melting pot in the foundry that enables the production of high-strength special alloys.

All kinds of alloys especially 2xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 7xxx series aluminum used in aviation and defense industries can be casted.

In our foundry shop where all monitoring and occupational safety precautions are taken, aluminum billets with 152 mm and 127 mm diameter are casted in expected spectral range. Special customer demands are met by this way. In addition, better quality casting process was performed in 2015 with the degassing system as a result of the studies carried out with KOSGEB within the scope of R&D studies.
