ONAT Alüminyum (profile, machining and cold forming) as an organization in the direction of institutionalization in the sector has adopted the following Occupational Health and Safety policies:

• Beyond meeting all legal and other obligations regarding Occupational Health and Safety; to continuously improve our performance on this issue by planning, doing, auditing and reviewing processes,
• To protect our employees, subcontractor employees, trainees and visitors from occupational accidents and diseases,
• To increase the sensitivity of our employees, subcontractor employees and trainees on Occupational Health and Safety issues and to create a common culture,
• To adopt the principle that the activities preventing accidents and losses are the common responsibility of Management and Employees,
• To ensure the participation of our employees at all levels in Occupational Health and Safety activities,
• Effective use of recognition/appreciation, goal setting and monitoring processes in order to ensure the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
